These guys are amazing. I drive an extra 15 minutes past guitar center to give them my business because they are so helpful and don't mind answering all the questions. I look forward to stopping in because it is usually the highlight of my day

I callled to ask about getting my guitar fixed. It was the first guitar I ever owned. They fixed it quickly, everyone was nice and it was cheaper than I expected. Loved the service and the price. 10/10 would recommend.

This shop is simply the best in Salem. If you are a musician in need of assistance, go support a locally owned business who actually cares about your needs. This shop is all you need, go ahead and bypass the large corporate chain stores and go to a family owned shop and throw some business to a company who cares for your needs.

The buying experience was very good, treated me kindly. Needed lessons and was referred out to an instructor who does not return emails or phone calls and has a mailbox full so you can't leave a message. This makes me feel like hey, thanks for buying now get lost, hence the 3 stars only. Now I have to search for an instructor who wants to teach an older adult.

Paul and I have been friendly competitors for years now. He has always acted honorably and been good to his word. Referred to me originally by a dear friend from my youth who bought a Taylor from him, I cherish the rapport and positive way in which we can help each other thrive. I recommend him and his staff without reservation or hesitation. and that is from a competitor who happens to be a customer too!

I came in to Uptown Music to see about trading in some Equipment. I first met Paul and he was very helpful. He introduced me to Mike and he showed me several options on items I was interested in. It took a little time but it was well worth it. All of the staff seems great. I am very happy with the transaction, I think they went out of their way to help me find the stuff I wanted. I was referred here for a technical guitar repair problem. I was absolutely blown way by the welcoming atmosphere and amazing customer service. It's hot today, and I was offered two (!) cold water bottles while I waited. The staff made me feel incredibly welcome, and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. These wonderful people are worth your business.

This place is amazing. The staff and owner are super knowledgeable and helpful. They're happy to order things if they don't have them in stock. The prices aren't much different from what you would find online with the bonus that Uptown Music stands behind the products they sell with guarantees and warranties better than what's online. It's a great, local business that gives a lot back to the community!

I brought a violin in here to have it restored, and these guys did an AMAZING job on it. I couldnt believe my eyes. Ive never had this level of service before. THEN they hooked me up for a violin for my son! This place rocks. 11/10 would recommend. Paul is the coolest guy in the world, made my entire year!

The staff is always nice and knowledgeable! Got a new shirt and guitar picks today! The girls had a good time playing the drums!
