The guy that I talked to was very nice and helpful needed a single guitar string fixed didn't charge me stringing cost and tuned the whole guitar

Good place to get just about any instrument that you are looking for. They have a plethora of guitars, bass guitars and amplifiers to chose from. Plus you can get instrument lessons here for just about any instrument as well. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will be glad to help you find it. The service is very friendly and willing to help out.

They advertised a guitar as "brand new".Drove an hour to see it. Pickgaurd scratched up badly. It looked like someone played thrash metal using a metal object as a pick for 10 minutes, then decided they didn't like to play guitar. Nut looked like it had been altered badly. The G buzzed the entire length of the fretboard. The saddles were all angled to one side with the strings up against the adusting screws.

Not a brand new guitar, someone abused it. I would be furious if I had this thing shipped to me as a "brand new" item. Someone will have an "it happened to me" story someday.

Great store with knowledgable staff. You can get almost anything when you walk in. Have a good used selection as well.

I would LOVE to see LESS Strat style guitars and more exotic shapes. I've been doing business here for at least 40 years. Just bought a Jackson I've wanted since 1985. More of these and I would refer more people.

The folks that work here are amazing! I have three kids in band/marching band and they always do a fantastic job of taking are of our instruments. We also purchased a backup flute for our marching band kid and it works great!

My daughter is starting band and signed up to play the clarinet. We knew where to go.... Metronome! We were not disappointed. The sales staff showed us all the best options at our price point, showed us which reeds to buy, suggested other accessories, but did not push to make the sale.

This business is one of the few places in Mansfield that truly respects and appreciates their customer's. We had a misunderstanding regarding a purchase we wanted to return, getting the manager involved rectified the situation beyond what we had even hoped for. In this day and age asking for the manager usually gets more of the same frustration you receive from the cashier.

Not at Metronome Music, this place actually does put their customers first. I have never seen a business go out of their way to satisfy their customers as Metronome does. They truly care more about their customers than they do the money, their the last of a dying breed, God bless small privately owned businesses with values.
