Sales associate Todd C. is very knowledgeable, customer service oriented who took the time to ensure my son had everything for his drum set we had purchased at a pawn shop earlier that day. He explained the differences between the cymbal stands, foot pedals & the throne (seat) you sit on. They were out of drummer's gloves, but ensured he would call me when they came in the following Tuesday (5/31).

The Music Shoppe was running a monthly special on drum sets & accessories. As promised, Todd called & let me know the gloves came in on Tuesday & I still got the special promotional price on them. I highly recommend this place for all your music needs. Thank you again Todd C. for your patience & knowledge. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful place. I popped in to just muse and spent more than an hour playing various guitars at my leisure. I am just a beginner looking for my next guitar on a visit from the UK. Very helpful and friendly

I have to say I really liked The Music Shoppe! An excellent store. I finally visited the shop to get a couple boxes of guitar strings. I just didn't feel like ordering online. I want to see merchandise in-person! Wonderful, friendly staff in the store. Great instrument selections. The store was bigger than I thought, a pleasant surprise. Make yourself feel good, check out an instrument for yourself, live. talk to staff about what you're looking for. Sorry, but I love these "real" businesses.

This is the main place I bring my guitars for tune ups and restrings. I recently had some bad weather damage to my Martin, and was afraid there was no going back. However, Tony did a great job repairing it, and it sounds better than ever before! All the staff are friendly too. Thanks again!

I worked with Tony to do a setup and to replace the pickups in my PRS S2. Even when there was a problem with the new pickups, Tony was great to work with the pickup maker to get a new one sent out. I can't recommend Tony and The Music Shoppe enough! They are amazing and Tony knows what he is doing! Go see them at The Music Shoppe!

Todd Campbell is THE BEST employee here. Todd made a huge impact on my son and his future. He helped us with every need. Todd is not only helpful but personable. Todd and I had fruitful conversations with still being very professional. I was nervous to come in and spend money. Todd made it very easy and also set a wonderful example for my son. I bought my saxophone, clarinet, flute, and now guitar from here. They have nice workers who don't try to sell you the most expensive thing but instead sell you what accommodates to the buyer, and what they are looking for. If you have questions they also are really nice about it.

Always has the sheet music we want. And if they don't they order it. They tuned our violins. Always friendly & helpful. They even applauded my daughter when she played Friedrich Burgmuller's "Arabesque". Even told her to take a bow. Made her day, and mine too. Really great/fun folks in there! Highly recommend!

Great customer service. The staff has people that are knowledgeable and helpful. One of my best experiences was when I turned in an instrument to have a little work done because of string buzzing on a fret. They fixed it in a day and charged me almost nothing. The instrument rentals are a great deal as well. My daughter is currently renting a violin and it has been wonderful.

Received the absolute best and most outstanding customer service from Todd Campbell at the Music Shoppe in Normal, Illinois, during a recent purchase of a digital piano. Todd spent over two hours with me and helped narrow down the many options to the best instrument I have ever played. He patiently answered all my questions, even took me to the warehouse to test out an acoustic grand piano, allowed me to play every digital piano in the showroom and never pressed me once with any hard sale tactics. Todd made this important purchase a breeze, which is amazing with all the choices from both online as well as brick and mortar sources.

And although he is a percussionist, he answered every single keyboard question to my complete satisfaction. Highly highly recommended - both Todd and the Music Shoppe. BTW every other employee I spoke with at the store, six different people, were all very friendly, professional, cooperative, and helpful. Home delivery and set-up, as well as removal of our old digital piano, were seamless and flawless. Todd and the Music Shoppe are the best of the best, zero regrets, and 100%+ customer satisfaction.
