Found Scott Bond's shop on the Gear Page with good references, so made the drive to Elgin to have him put Stainless Steel Frets on my new TV Yellow Les Paul. He did an unbelievable job. Perfect craftsmanship on every fret, and he polished up what was a rough fretboard coming from the factory at Gibson. Great guy, great work. Grateful I found him.

I reached out to Scott for a project that he unfortunately wasn't taking on at the moment. I've taken three guitars into Scott over a span of the last ten years or so. I've been greatly satisfied with his work every time. Scott is professional, knowledgeable, and a excellent luthier. Brought my tele in for a much needed refret and Scott took the time to go over my options and we settled on the size of wire and went with stainless. When I got the guitar back I was very impressed with the quality and workmanship. It plays so much better and no dead spots. The intonation was as good as you can get on a three saddle tele. Highly recommended!

I was highly recommended to Fat Cat Custom Guitars by another guitar luthier who didn't have time for a complete re-fret on my guitar. After talking to Scott he recommended going stainless steel on the fret wire and I'm happy I went with his recommendation. The guitar plays and feels better then ever. Thanks Scott for doing a great re-fret job on my Strat.

I brought my Solar 7 string guitar to get the frets leveled, polished and crowned. Along with a basic set up. Has always Scott did an amazing job. It plays like butter. Playing solos is a breeze. So much so I brought in my LTD Telecaster and he gave it the TLC it deserves too. I should have came to Scott years ago. Scott is a sweet guy and does great work. I'll see you soon Thank you, Scott.
