It is important to me that all of my students learn how to read and understand music so that they can have the power to become the unique musician that they want to be. We all have our own style as musicians. That is what makes music so great! Music is often viewed as the voice within and I want to make sure that my student's voice shines through.

So, I provide them with the knowledge and technique that they need and push them to create music that is authentic of themselves. My studio hours are Monday Friday 10am 8pm. The studio is fully equipped with a sound system, amps, microphone, piano, computer system, and all of the tools needed for a great experience. Students are required to participate in my Music Mastership program, once they have learned to read music.

This program enables each student to become affluent in music theory, music history, music appreciation, and music with intention. My goal is to let all of my students experience the whole world of music and not be limited to what we can fit into a 30 minute lesson.

Garage Band

After a student has been taking lessons for one year, we can group some students together to form a band. Current and popular music is played and performed. This is above and beyond the normal music lesson. The bands perform locally in the community. They rehearse twice per month.

Jennifer has been teaching full time for over fifteen years and has played piano, violin and voice for 33 years, guitar for 5 years, and has done music theory tutoring for all instruments for 10 years. She has played professionally in symphonies, at Disney, and for many parties, grand openings, and weddings. Jennifer teaches private music lessons full time and love every minute of it. She has a very structured approach, yet incorporates many creative techniques in her lessons. Her degrees are in psychology, music, and motivation. Music has always enhanced her life in so many ways that she loves being able to show students how they can use music in their own lives.
