So why come to us? We can think of a few reasons.
For 15 years we have provided private music lessons in the Magnolia/Woodlands area.
We have professional teachers who have many years of teaching experience and a proven track record.
We have many long time students and they can really play.
Comfortable facilities, Comfortable teaching studios. Free wifi if you need to do some work while you wait.

A retail store and repair shop with knowledgeable staff that supports our teachers and students. If we don’t have it we can get it or help you find it. If we can’t fix it we know someone who can.
Small intimate, in-house recitals to hone your performance skills.
A flat monthly fee ($125. 00 dollars) per month for a 30 minute lesson each week. Same time, same place, same teacher each week. (monthly rate applies to months with 4 weeks or 5 weeks and months where a major holiday falls. call us for more details 281-259-5585)
No contract, no enrollment fees. Simply pay the monthly fee to your teacher on the first lesson of the month and your spot is yours for the month until you decide you want to stop.

Established in 2003, Arbor Music has served The Woodlands, Magnolia and Spring, Tomball areas for many years, offering a variety of music lessons, a great selection of accessories, beginner and step-up instruments and guitar repairs. Owners, Eric and Robin Williams, started Arbor Music with the idea of creating a place where students of all ages could come to grow in their knowledge and love of music.
Where and how did you get your start in music? I started playing the violin when I was in 5th grade. I was part of an orchestra until my senior year of high school. I began teaching lessons through college and I began playing the violin at my church. Today, I still play the violin at church and I have enjoyed teaching children to play for almost 20 years now.
My mom plays violin, my dad plays guitar, and they were worship leaders at our old church, so I was surrounded by music from day one! My mom started teaching me violin when I was five and it took a few years before I really enjoyed playing the violin. I then joined an orchestra, which really helped me realize just how much I love music!

I came across these folks online and decided to give them a try. Before I went there I had heard from people say how expensive they are. But I decided to go find out for myself. I dropped off my Takamine G340sc off to be setup. It's been sitting at a friend's house for a few years and I was worried of damage from sitting so long. The relief was terrible and it needed some basic care.
I dropped it off Friday and got it back the next Tuesday. They cleaned it up, got it all straight and playing great. The price for the setup and strings were very reasonable, and very competitive. I got both my Strat and this guitar from Ray Hennig's years ago, they were my go to place before they closed shop and we moved from central Texas. So far this place has definitely got my business going forward.

Excellent music shop. Very friendly and honest. Brought in some equipment that wasn't working I had bought from guitar center years ago and had them check it out. Turns out I should have read the manual better. There was nothing wrong with it and they explained how it works. No charge, just happy to help and also helped me track down some parts for my guitar that were hard to find. I bought a couple packs of strings for their help and definitely plan on returning even though it's a bit of a drive from where I live. This is a 5 star business.

I've always dreamed of playing the cello. And Arbor Music has made that dream come true! When I first contacted them about cello lessons I warned them that at 45, I had NO musical experience at all. But I was willing to learn. I was told that would not be a problem. When I arrived my cello was waiting for me. Eric and Robin couldn't have been nicer or more encouraging.
I felt right at home. I have been taking lessons for almost a year and can now read music and play my cello. I look forward to my lesson each week! Robin is great at breaking down the basics into digestible segments. I never felt overwhelmed or lost. I highly recommend Arbor Music to anyone who is interested in learning or polishing their musical skills.

My daughter started out by taking a ukulele workshop. She loved it! She has progressed to guitar, and has continued to evolve as a musician. This place is really laid back while mixing traditional teaching with fun opportunities to let kids delve into music they like & are interested in, that they can learn.
