Rochester Musician's Academy The academy was started at our percussion store in 1988. At that time Mr. Chila was teaching percussion and drums while the academy only had one other guitar instructor. Today we have taught over 4500 students and offer lessons in guitar, bass, piano and vocals in addition to our drum and percussion school. We strive to be the most complete musical education in the greater Detroit area. Our students come from as far away as Gross Pointe on the east and Southfield on the west. Experience the fun! During this time when we are all at home, my daughter is practicing the piano more than ever. Music is her retreat from this crazy coronavirus. She had a virtual lesson from Danielle, and it went extremely well! Strongly recommend Rochester School if Music for kids and teens!

Joe runs a great music program. He understands kids and how to connect with them. Great lessons and band programs. No one else in town offers rock band for 4-7 year olds. Very cool
