All of our instructors are university trained with professional performance experience and love to share their passion for music with their students. Other studios may offer multiple instruments, but we are the only one to offer music lessons on all of the most popular instruments: Electric & Acoustic Guitar, Piano, Voice, Drums, and Violin as well as Saxophone, Trumpet, and Flute.Our music teachers are dedicated to learning about your personal musical goals and helping you to acheive them. With several music teachers for each instrument, we are confident that we have the right teacher to meet your needs. In addition to their credentials, our teachers have warm personalities, are extremely friendly, and dedicated to teaching you the style of music that you want to learn.
We provide a comfortable waiting room for parents. Instead of waiting in a music retail store showroom, our clients enjoy a spacious, professional waiting room with comfortable chairs, free Wi-Fi, magazines and bottled water service. We also provide large observation windows on every door so that you can watch your child's lesson while you wait. If you prefer, you can sit in on their lesson anytime you like.
Our rooms are stocked with everything you need for lessons, including guitar and bass amps, drum kits with pads, pianos, keyboards, mirrors, and more. All you need to bring is your instrument. Many of our rooms have been recently upgraded to include computers which allow your instructor to access such sites as YouTube and Lyric Search Engines. We started West Coast Music Academy in 2008 to fill a void that existed in Santa Clarita and Granada Hills for quality music lessons from professional instructors. We began our company to share the joys and life-enriching benefits of a musical education with as many people as possible. Since our humble beginnings over a decade ago, West Coast Music Academy has become the fastest growing music school in Santa Clarita and Granada Hills. At West Coast Music Academy, we provide Santa Clarita and Granada Hills the best piano lessons for all ages. Piano instruction is offered as a weekly 30, 45, or 60 minute private lesson. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced lessons are available in a variety of different styles such as classical/traditional, rock, jazz, Christian, and blues.

My child has progressed so much since taking lessons here. The office staff is super helpful with rescheduling or upcoming recitals. The teacher is incredibly nice and encourages my child to practice and has incorporated fun techniques into her lessons. The lobby is always stocked with coffee and magazines to sit and relax while you listen as your child plays music. The prices are very reasonable, as they include trophies and a reward system and certificates. Overall great school with friendly staff.

West Coast Music Academy is great. The staff is really welcoming and helpful. They offer one-on-one tours of the school for first time visitors, and take the time to answers all your questions and address any of your concerns. The teachers there are all highly trained professional musicians and super friendly and supportive. (This was really evident when I attended their bi-annual recital as well as their rock concert a couple of months ago. The kids who performed were really prepared, excited -- and knocked it out of the ball park.) I recommend WCMA for music lessons to anyone who asks.

This school is great! Super safe for children. All the classrooms have security cameras, AC, Windows, and all the equipment you would ever need. The waiting room is great they provide complimentary coffee and water. The staff is super friendly. Price is very affordable! Would highly recommend this school to anyone who wants quality music lessons.

I would and continue to recommend West Coast Academy of Music to all of my friends in Santa Clarita looking for private music lessons. The school is run in a professional manner, the faculty are all caring and nurturing and really take the time to focus on the interests of the students so that each lesson is both productive and fun. I appreciate the fact that the school director is a professional musician as well and takes great care in overseeing the progress of all students. The school also recently implemented a musical ladder awards program which the students love. Can't highly recommend them enough.

West Coast Music Academy is the best music school in Santa Clarita! All of the teachers here are educated, engaging, and extremely friendly. The school is clean, professional, safe, and the staff is both helpful and understanding. They teach a variety of instruments, and really care about your learning experience. But not only do they provide music lessons, they also provide performance opportunities with recitals and rock concerts twice a year. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is interested in taking music lessons. Five stars!

My daughter has been taking voice lessons for almost a year, and I am amazed at her progress! Her teacher makes it fun and we can hear in her singing the skills she is learning. I love the school, its clean, convenient and the staff is super friendly. I am always greeted with a smile and by name. I recommend them to everyone I know!

We've been attending West Coast Music Academy off and on for several years and have had nothing but great experiences there. At the moment 3 of my kids are taking voice with 3 different teachers and they are all amazing! They are just as kind and professional with my 6-year-old as they are with my 17-year-old, and my 12-year-old daughter just loves Erin. The front office staff are friendly and always do their best to accommodate special circumstances. A top notch music school I highly recommend.
