Joyful Noise Music has been in operation in Post Falls since 2011. We teach private lessons to children and adults in guitar, piano, violin, flute, clarinet, and harp in many styles besides classical. Music Together classes are held weekly for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We believe that everyone has the talent to enjoy playing music!Founded by Dawn Dyche, a Masters of Music instructor, Joyful Noise Music teachers have college credentials as well as many years of performance experience. We sincerely believe everyone has the ability to be successful playing a musical instrument for a lifelong enjoyment.

Guitar Lessons
Report
Our guitar teachers teach Suzuki Classes, classical, rock, blues, and country guitar lessons on electric and acoustic guitars. Beginner students can expect to work on chords, simple songs and melodies, sight reading and theory. We balance musicianship and fun by making sure that each lesson you are challenged with a new technical or theory concept, but always end with something fun such as your favorite riff or song. We use a variety of guitar method books to accomplish this and encourage students to bring CDs or their iPod to their lesson to learn their favorite tunes. Piano Lessons

Our piano teachers teach a variety of styles from classical to popular music. Whether you want to learn Bach or Alicia Keys, our teachers are happy to help you become the pianist you want to be. Our piano faculty will show you the fundamentals of sight reading, technique and theory, but they will also incorporate your favorite songs into your lessons. You do not have to have a piano at home to take lessons. A simple full size electronic keyboard will suffice for the first 6 months. Our piano teachers have warm personalities and enjoy sharing their love for the piano with you.

I absolutely love Post Falls Music Academy. I have never had an issue with communication. Any time I sign my son up for a make up lesson I always get a reminder call. I feel very comfortable with the instructor and my sons playing skills have exceeded my expectations. I love that he loves going to lessons and he really enjoys bringing home certificates and trophies.
My son is super excited about his upcoming concert and I couldn't be more thrilled to be able to watch him play. I highly recommend sending your child here, they are more than patient with children. You will not be disappointed.

What a wonderful music school. our daughter is almost 6 and has been taking music lessons here for almost 2yrs. The teachers have been so amazing and patient with her. Even at such a young age we have seen such a growth in her learning. We love all the extra concerts and performance opportunities as well as the Musical Ladder testing that they do. Such an encouraging atmosphere for students to learn in!

This is our children's 2nd year at Post Falls Music Academy. The teachers are all professional, patient, and make learning music fun! They offer a wide variety of instrument lessons & vocal as well and have encouraged the kids to work hard by providing incentives along the way.
