I called several music stores in my area, and they were the only ones with guitars available for rent. I rented a guitar for one day, but had to change my rental from daily to monthly, they changed my plan and applied what I had already paid towards the monthly price. The staff is friendly and their prices are really good. I bought a case for my bass and checked the price for the same case from other stores online, I couldn't find a better price anywhere. I'll definitely keep buying from them.

Before ordering I called to verify that the keyboard I wanted was in fact in stock and they assured me there was one brand new in the box and ready to go. I did not hesitate in ordering because the Yamaha DGX-670 is somewhat hard to find and backordered at many dealers. I'm so glad I found this place. The transaction could not have gone any smoother.
I placed my order on a Saturday and by the next Wednesday I had my brand new keyboard which was shipped free and arrived in perfect condition in the factory sealed box. Overall the purchasing experience here could not have gone any better.

Got a Breedlove Wild wood African mahogany satin finish guitar from Reverb. They did a wonderful job packing it and it got to me within two days. I was pretty happy with the fact they were a Mom and Pop shop and not some big corporate entity. I am pretty in love with my purchase and it doesn't have a scratch on it!

I shouldn't be amazed at the honesty of Litz's owner and employees, but I so impressed -- and grateful. My partner, Doug Forsythe, died 2 1/2 years ago. Knowing that the end was coming, Doug put all of his instruments, gear, and other equipment on consignment with the store, and told them to pay me when they sold it. I know nothing about any of this stuff, so they could have ripped me off big time.
But Doug trusted them. Thirty months later, and the store is still selling, and still sending me checks from the sales. (One Les Paul guitar to go!) I am so grateful for the financial help, but even more thankful that Doug's trust in Victor Litz Music Center was justified.

Bought a marching baritone from them about a month ago. Saw the listing via Reverb, went to play test it and discovered there was a leak making the instrument unplayable; not only did the worker (I forgot his name! an older gentleman, might be the manager or the owner) knock off 30%, he sent it to a shop and got the horn patched + shined as well. when I picked it up about 3 weeks later it was like brand new! All the staff is very friendly and the shop is a nice place, well organized. Would highly recommend to anyone near the area.

MUSIC LESSONS FOR KIDS ROCK! My son loves the place and the teachers. I love the prices and convenience. Parking is rright across the street and it is never a problem. They charge you about half of what any other place does and teach about twice as much. What's not to love. The instruction rooms are beautifully decorated and fun to be in. Well equipped waiting area for parents with small kids with tons of activities and supplies. Love it!
