Teaching music to anyone requires patience and an understanding that each student is unique and that their learning style is going to be unique. As a parent and a musician, I try to teach each student in a way that speaks to them and let's them have fun in the process. I encourage the students to use their own style of music for learning to further connect them to learning.

Whether someone wants to start at the very beginning and learn to read music, learn tabs, brush up on their chops or learn a specific song for an audition or performance, I have covered it all. Many of my students have gone on to attend performing art schools in the Triad area.
