Young Beginner
Report
Young children are treated with great respect and lessons are suited to each individual. Everyone has their own pace and encouragement is given to all. People often ask when to start lessons for a little one. Two good indicators are the ability to count to 20, and knowing the alphabet. But the most important indicator is the child's interest! If the student does not want lessons, there is no use in forcing it. There must be genuine interest for lessons to be successful.
Adult Student Program
Report
There is growing interest in taking lessons as an adult in the past decade. There are many reasons adults enjoy lessons, including stress relief from work, having a valuable hobby and secondary skill, the love and appreciation of music in general, the introspection that comes with playing the piano, and so many more reasons. This studio takes great care of adults who want to pick up the piano again who studied all those years ago, and makes the brand new student comfortable and inspired.

In this studio, students are taught by teachers who know their craft and who teach it with an organized, planned, and proven method. Students are challenged, but not overwhelmed, and are taught how to improve on a weekly basis. I am an adult student and have observed how children are encouraged and inspired. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

I have been taking lessons at Paul Nazzaro Music Studio for nine years, and my growth in skill and love for piano has grown tremendously since then. Mr. Nazzaro focuses entirely on helping students reach their full potential as musicians, challenging them with classical pieces while allowing them to learn the popular songs they want to as well. Under the instruction of Mr. Nazzaro, I began to compose my own music - and for my Gold Award project this past year, he helped me to create my own album of songs called Proud To Be Me, with lyrics written alongside children with special needs. As I enter my last year at his studio, I can't wait to tackle harder pieces and greater challenges as a musician.
