He worked diligently and efficiently with state-of-the-art equipment. He tuned and raised the pitch to A-440! Very professional and he's a friendly fellow too. Nice price.

We’ve had great experiences with younger-piano. Joseph has always been friendly and we’ve found him to be a super responsive communicator. We occasionally do home recording with our Yamaha upright, collaborating remotely with other musicians, so having a piano tuned right is critical. He makes sure ours sounds sweet.

Well-Loved Piano have great online scheduling making it super easy to make an appointment. They keep in touch via text or email too to remind you of the appointment and on the day of. I had a piano that had been previously tuned and I had been told that the keys that would sporadically not make noise was a problem that was more expensive to fix than the piano was worth. I called Joe and he said he would come check it out to see if the prognosis was correct. he was not only able to fix the problem but he was affordable and we were able to have him play for us (my kiddos were floored and I enjoyed hearing some beautiful music!). We will never use anyone else. Best experience and HIGHLY recommend!
