Love my new piano. Mark was very helpful. Delivered same day, helped set up, and showed me a few features on the piano. Great experience highly recommend.

I called several times recently, left messages and the owner will not return calls. I called back a third time just to give them a chance and the owner was very unprofessional, disorganized and unethical. It's like trying to find someone to tune the piano expecting someone of class because of the piano interest. This business has no class. I was embarrassed for him. I'm not sure how anyone could give a 4 or 5 star review honestly. I wish I could give a zero star review.

The customer service was nice and the owner Mark was very nice also. He delivered my piano straight away, and the day that I wanted it he was not late at all. He delivered it very carefully and helped move the furniture. He sold me the perfect piano that fit me right and it was the right price. I am so happy that I got it, and please give him a five star review, because he is the perfect man to buy a piano from! By the way this is from an 8 year old so I know what's going on!

Very happy with my purchase. Thank you guys so much for not only letting me come by your new galleria store that's still under construction to view the keyboard on next to no notice, but also delivering it the next day, setting it up, and demo'ing it for me in my house. I bought a piano here recently and it was a very positive experience from beginning to end. The store promptly made time for me to come in and show me around their showcase and answered a wide variety of questions in hopes of finding the most reasonable instrument for my new home. They were professional, knowledgeable, and ready to help. A mere two days later my purchase was delivered in a timely and well-coordinated manner without any troubles whatsoever. This was a flawless experience in its entirety and I got a great deal on the instrument, too.

Found a piano that we were interested in seeing on line and made an appointment with Mark to see in person. The piano met our expectations and purchased it. They delivered the piano the following day. Mark was great. Took time with us, went over differences between pianos with us and even gave me a quick lesson. An Awesome Experience! Mark and his team were incredibly helpful, incredibly patient, and had incredible expertise! We bought what we thought we wanted but after a few days realized we should have bought the WM. Knabe WMV-245. Mark met us on a Sunday to look at the piano, fully refunded our money, and brought the new piano the next day. He even informed us that the new piano was on sale (we had no clue). What honesty and what an awesome experience. Highly, highly recommend Piano Showcase!

Bought a piano from Mark sight unseen and had it delivered and am very pleased. They delivery guys were professional and helped us with everything and we are so happy. We upgraded are old disklavier to the qrs system. We could not be happier. Quick professional set up, wonderful playing result. Sounds better then ever. Could not be happier with this purchase and the result!

We recently purchased a 6 year old Yamaha Grand Piano from Mark at Piano Showcase. He spent a lot of time with us trying different piano's and asking about our preferences and space requirements. His assistant made a template of the piano so we could make sure it would fit in the space we had in mind. Once we decided to purchase, delivery was set up quickly and Mark arrived with his movers and took great care that the piano was placed properly and that no damage was done to our floors in the process.

The piano was cleaned and polished before they left. So far we are loving everything about the piano and we only have great things to say about the purchasing experience at Piano Showcase.

I've historically always had a fine interaction with Piano Showcase and their technicians always tuned just fine. I've also used them for my piano several times, and the movers always did a good job, but most recently I had an absolutely disappointing experience with Piano Showcase. During this most recent experience, I was just completely disrespected.

I was advised the piano movers would arrive at 9am on a Thursday morning. I was prepared for my move promptly at 9am. Come 9:05 the mover was still not there. Then I received a call from the mover to inform me he would be there in 20 minutes, meaning he wouldn't arrive until 9:25am, 25 minutes later than the scheduled appointment. I have to work during weekdays, so I was not able to wait around.

I then proceeded to text Piano Showcase that I would need to reschedule due to the mover being late. Instead of receiving good customer service, I was dismissed as with an excuse that I should understand the traffic in South Florida and that the scheduled appointment time was only an estimate. Never during the scheduling of my appointment was I ever advised that the mover's arrival time was an estimate.

The kicker was the Piano Showcase representative or owner called me"totally unreasonable." This is no way to treat any customer, much less a repeat customer of many years. I am thoroughly disgusted with Piano Showcase's treatment of me and I will never return to them again. And by the way, their piano moves are WAY overpriced.

We purchased electric piano on Sunday and they included in the price delivery and setup They came on time but by mistake they picked the wrong part from the warehouse and were not able to complete the assembly. we were not the most happiest BUT we knew that mistakes can happen Dov and his partner that I don't remember his name felt so bad and promised to fix it as soon as positive And Yes the next day they came with the right piece install and left a book present to my son, a music note book. The owner mark was super nice I will definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking to buy pianos. Please support your local stores! Limor Michaels

I had an upright I needed to store for a short while and chose PS after a brief internet search. Long story short I didn't want to setup an auto pay with my debit card and unfortunately ended up missing a payment due to hurricane Irma soaking up my resources. Essentially I forgot I hadn't paid and only realized I missed it when I received a statement at the end of the month reflecting a $125 late fee charged at $5/day.

More than my monthly rate for storage. Granted I was late and forgot, I found that to be excessive. It should have a cap on it rather than charging indefinitely. I asked for a break on the charge and was flat out denied. Needless to say I paid up and got my piano out of there as soon as possible. Most I can say is make sure you understand their policy before doing business with them.

Upon making arrangements to move the piano out at the beginning of the current month they had the nerve to tell me I wasn't going to be charged for said month. What does that tell you?

What a great experience. The owner, Mark, is wonderful. Great selection of pianos, excellent customer service, everybody involved is professional, courteous, and knowledgable. The movers were excellent- concerned about my home as well as my piano. I highly recommend!

The service was excellent! I went in and was browsing for a new digital piano, the employee that helped me out was very friendly without being overly pushy. He showed me the different models and they gave me a quote that was very reasonable. They had it delivered to my house before I even drove home!

We bought a used Yamaha piano for our daughter from Piano Showcase. I live in California so my dealings were via telephone and email. Mark, the owner, was very helpful and provided a lot of honest info on pianos. He was always available for a telephone call. The piano we bought was several years old but was in excellent, like new, condition. I spent a lot of time studying pianos and getting competitive bids.

We got a very fair price. It was a Christmas present so when we arrived in Florida we asked for delivery at a specific time so our daughter and grand daughter would be out. We also asked that they bring some type box to cover the piano so we could wrap it. They arrived within one minute of the agreed time after calling to make sure we were ready. Mark came and supervised the delivery.

They got the piano in place and then constructed a box around it. In addition they brought wrapping paper and Christmas decorations for the box. They wrapped it and applied the decorations. It was all done with great care. It looked great. A really superior delivery service! The piano was a really special gift. If you want a piano, you should give Mark a call.
