You just don't know it yet! Our voices are profound, beautiful, simple and easy to access, but most of us are unaware of their incredible potential. In a world that says only famous people should sing and the rest of us should listen, I say let's all sing! For our health, for connection, for the sheer joy of it. If you've ever wondered if you could sing but were afraid to try, the answer is yes, everyone can sing.
There are no exceptions, just different sounds, styles and intentions. If you want to explore the possibilities of your voice through Voice Lessons, Chakra Toning or both, you've come to the right place-.

As a teacher, I'm proud to put all my varied experiences together into a teaching style that is effective and accessible. The foundation of my method is 10 years of classical Bel Canto vocal study, but my 30+ years of pop/rock/jazz performance have had a huge impact, too! Mix in a holistic music degree from Naropa University, Reiki Level II Training and Sound Healing studies, and out comes my unique take on singing and teaching voice.
Looking for a like-minded group of people out to save the world with our voices?!? You'll love toning with my monthly group, Chakra Toning Bliss! I created this course, Singing Simply from the Soul, to offer easy steps that anyone can follow to better understand and free their voice. Together we will demystify singing as we explore breath, enunciation, resonance, pitch and transitions. Then we'll end the course by sharing a blissfully healing Chakra Toning session.

Performances- Although I don't gig regularly anymore, you can find me sitting-in with friends around the Denver/Boulder area at Caffe Sole, Dazzle Jazz, etc. inquire if you'd like to be notified!

Working with Linda has been so much more than the physicality of voice training--it has become part of my spiritual process. At 50 years old, the voice that I tucked away decades ago begged to come out and play--and Linda immediately created an inspiring space for that to happen. I feel a profound sense of returned confidence and lightness as I reconnect to this vital part of myself. I'm so grateful for Linda's skill and heartfelt presence!

Ive been taking voice lessons with linda for just over a year and i always have such a great time! Recently we have been doing them virtually but it is always so much fun! She is very professional and gives amazing tips to improve your voice! Also being someone who is very shy i feel very comfortable and welcomed constantly in her studio!

Linda is amazing with my kiddo. In the 18 month's she has been seeing her, her voice has improved incredibly and she has learned SO much about music. She's a little younger than Linda usually sees, but I would have never guessed because Linda just jumped right in and gave her a strong foundation to build on and helped me to find the best tools to help her at home. Linda is also very accommodating to our hectic schedule and is incredibly kind and caring with her students.
The songshare classes are fantastic for all ages and the showcases are such a great experience for the students and fun for the families to watch also. Linda truly puts her heart and soul into each lesson. We hope she never retires.

Linda is such an experienced, patient, and personable singing instructor! I feel really lucky to have found her! Her expertise and comforting nature make singing with foundation, and with an audience like herself, extremely enjoyable and relaxing for me, especially since I'm a very novice singer! I feel my singing voice getting better and better with every one of Linda's lessons!

I took private voice lessons twice monthly with Linda for nearly two years and had a fabulous experience She is very positive, supportive and enjoyable to work with. I appreciated that she was flexible and worked with me in helping me focus and meet my personal goals, at my own pace. I also liked that she had occasional optional, add-on classes that allow a student to experience singing in front of a group and work towards a performance (if that is your goal).

I've been meaning to write up a review for a while now, but better late than never. One day a couple years back, I thought to myself "I think I could sing if I put in the effort. Maybe I should see if having someone critique the styles I'm aiming for would help." Not long after, I started voice lessons with Linda and it was exactly what I wanted, and more than I had thought.
I took lessons with Linda for almost exactly a year, roughly twice a week. She helped me become comfortable with my own voice in many ways. Having a safe place to practice in, I was able to establish the limits of my vocal range, and learn ways to work smoothly within them. I have always had a case of stage fright, and I was presented with opportunities to perform, which bolstered my confidence and performance, but also makes things a little more fun when you feel like you have room to relax. Linda is my hippie spirit animal, and I went to church twice a week to see her, haha.
The environment she provides is very free-flowing with thought, and I feel like she really listens and responds to the directions I want to go with my voice, and just laid out the path in front of me, allowing me to make it my own art form. I know, we're getting deep here, but you wanted to know how I felt, so, that's it. I highly recommend Linda as an instructor.
When things calm down from school again, I'm sure I will take classes with her again; there's always room for improvement. It's a great experience. Do it. (and I *can* sing )
