From the moment you walk through the door for music lessons, we will strive to make you and your child feel cherished, important, and a part of The Conservatory of Music family. Your child will flourish by working with our instructors who are passionate about helping your child to blossom into the best young musicians they can be! The Conservatory of Music currently teaches over 25,000 private lessons a year, with over 30 instructors, and has been in existence since 2007. We offer lessons and instruction in piano, guitar, bass guitar, violin, viola, cello, double (upright) bass, woodwinds, brasswinds, voice, drum set and percussion.
Services
Concerning piano lessons at The Conservatory of Music at Cinco Ranch, most people believe we only teach the classical literature of the piano. We're happy to report that this is not true! Although our instructors understand the importance of studying classical piano music, they also enjoy teaching their assigned students other musical genres such as pop, jazz, rock!
We are proud to provide guitar lessons in the following related instruments: classical guitar, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, and mandolin! Understandably, as we are a conservatory of music, most people believe we only provide classical guitar lessons. Actually, we teach multiple genres of music on the guitar!
For many, nothing quite compares to the sound of an orchestral string instrument! Achieving that "sound, " however, can be a challenge and is why we are the area's leader in violin lessons. Our string instructors, most with advanced degrees, will be happy to work with you to help you reach your musical goals.

My children have had an excellent experience at The Conservatory of Music at Cinco Ranch since starting 2 years ago. Their attention and dedication to enhancing their musical experience has been evident.
The growth that my children have made musically is contributed to the patience and excellent instruction they have received from their piano teacher, Ms. Rachael.
The front desk personnel are always so welcoming and attentive whether I am asking a question in person or over the phone. I would highly recommend the The Conservatory of Music at Cinco Ranch to parents who are looking for excellent music instruction.

Very disappointed in the communication with Conservatory of Music at Cinco Ranch changing my daughters piano classes at the last minute. If you read other reviews its shows the lack of professionalism and poor communication with other students. They need to improve on communicating properly by talking with someone before changing time for the classes, and not emailing or leaving voicemail on the same day the classes are scheduled.
We knew the time was going to change in August once school starts but assumed someone would call and communicate with us not just leaving a voicemail 2 to 3 hours before class and change the time that does not work for us. They called during working hours while me and my wife are both at work and they left a voicemail on my wife's phone and she did not even see the message on time. Really poor communication pulling my daughter out of the class after this month because we don't want to deal with this.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism The lack of professionalism by the staff and management is appalling. And we have only had 1 lesson. We'll complete the lessons in which we have paid for, then find a new music school. I absolutely would not recommend this music school or staff under any circumstances.

Excellent collaborators and facilitators of professional teachers and performers. Had an wonderful time performing at this school, to the amazement and wonder of all the students and parents in attendance. Looking forward to many more moments like these where the children can experience live classical chamber music!

Dr G. sold our director and entered a partnership between businesses to provide violin, piano, choir lessons to preschool age students. Once May arrived and our music program ended for summer their was a face-to-face verbal promise to return September to resume lesson by Dr G. personally. On August 17th with no notification during the entire summer months Dr G. matter a factly emailed that his teachers will not be returning.
Keep in mind he only offered this very important information after we reached out to him inviting his business to attend our "Parent Night" scheduled for August 23rd. Imaging our disappointment and disbelief. We understand things happen. We do not understand total disregard of our preschool music program by a person who claims to be passionate about bringing music to children.
He also suggested that we not be honest with our parent during our Parent Night regarding the delay in their being able to register their children for our Fall Music Program. To walking away from a verbal commitment to provide music to preschool aged children is unbelievable. We have had a successful violin program in our preschool since "2013" but now the program will be severely delayed or destroyed by Cinco Conservatory's lack of passion, professionalism, and complete disregard for others. What ever happened to respect for others like the old days?
