We called them on Sunday afternoon for an appointment, and was able to visit within half an hour. We were greeted by Dan and Theresa, who were very friendly and knowledgeable, familiar with the ins and outs of Yamaha pianos. Theresa is the musician who knows all the technical details of pianos and music, while Dan takes care of billing and clerk work.

It was a very pleasant experience for us, and we know we got the best deal because every customer gets the best deal from them. My daughter's former piano teacher Ms. Debbie Gerrity also highly recommended them. My daughter also enjoyed talking to them about Minecraft!

Dan and Theresa are great! This is the second piano I purchased from them. In 2018 they had a used Pearl River baby grand. I loved it. But recently I wanted to upgrade and just purchased a Yamaha Grand. They gave me an UNBELIEVABLE trade up value. I did a price comparison and they could not be beaten. The experience was first class. Dan was a pleasure to work with! I knew I wanted to purchase a piano from a small business, and Dan was extremely knowledgeable and approachable and was willing to answer questions via text about the piano, ordering process, etc. Although the piano was significantly delayed due to supply chain issues, it was well worth the wait. I got a Yamaha Clavinova CLP-765GP, it's a digital baby grand with an even smaller footprint than a regular baby grand. Fits really well into our living room.

My only suggestion thus far is to consider getting a longer piano bench, since this one isn't long enough to fit two people. The Apollo piano movers were professional, punctual, and assembled the piano in 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier with my purchase so far! Thanks Dan!
