Asheville Music School Thank you for your support, generosity and patronage during our first season. Our 2021 Spring/Summer concerts have been announced! We look forward to seeing you at upcoming concerts. Special Note: All concerts were performed with one rehearsal on the day of the performance. Special thanks to Kathy Bellizio for having the concerts at her beautiful home at Creekside. Your generosity has helped us to add to our existing stage, build a conductor's podium, and help with recording our concerts. Help us keep it going!
Services
I would like to ask your help for this coming Spring. We currently need a PA system. I was borrowing the Asheville Music School PA for our past concerts. Our stage needs to be torn down and built anew. I do have volunteers who will help with the building. My good friends Joel Rackower and John Synder who attended the concerts have helped extend the stage and build a podium and plexiglass screens.
Our mission is to provide world-class performances of all types of wind music rarely heard in concert. All musicians are paid orchestra scale or more for each rehearsal and concert, but most concerts will include only one rehearsal due to the expense of major larger-scale wind repertoire. Our musicians are representative of the highest quality of orchestral musicians performing with the Knoxville Symphony, Asheville Symphony, Savannah Symphony, Brevard Philharmonic, Hendersonville Symphony as well as other local orchestras.

Come hear a 25 piece professional concert band while you open your picnic baskets and dine under the stars. Enjoy an evening of Mozart and Rossini with the Principal Desk Players of both the Asheville Symphony and Brevard Philharmonic. Jonathan Ross will be joining us singing an Aria from Don Giovanni.
