Guitar Exchange

Took my Dad here to get his Fender serviced and the experience was wonderful. Gary took excellent care of our needs and although a simple fix; he could of charged us but he didn't! We will definitely be returning customers and would highly recommend anyone with guitar/musical needs to go to the guitar exchange; you won't regret it!

This place is great! I went to the store for a diagnosis and repair of my guitar. Luckily it was an easy fix and the repair was done same-day. Gary was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can tell he enjoys what he does and knows what he's doing. Definitely my go to for any future repairs and/or purchases.

Need set up for my bass guitar today. Gary did a great job. If you wanna buy or repair your guitar there's no place to go but Guitar Exchange.

This is the only place I would ever buy a guitar or musical equipment. Gary the owner will always give you the best prices and is an expert in tuning and repairs. My son takes lessons here and the instruction he gets from Jorge his teacher is incredible. Always professional and fun. I would never go anywhere else. I recommend all my friends and family come here, and always will.

As a beginning player, I kept hearing over and over about only pressing as hard as was necessary, on the strings of my guitar, in order to have the notes ring out. However, it seemed like I was needing to put a lot more effort into it than I should have. After reading all of the great reviews, I decided to bring it in and have Gary check it out. Sure enough, the action was a bit high.

He did a setup on it to lower the action a bit. He also recommended that I go with a slightly lighter string gauge. He assured me that it would not adversely affect the sound of the guitar. Oh! Wow! What a difference! He also advised me to play it for a day or two, and if I wasn't happy to bring it back in. That's service! I will definitely be back for any of my future guitar needs!

Gary is the man! Highly recommend if you have any issues with your guitar. I had an issue with my pickup, I called Gary and he told me to bring the guitar by. I was there less than 10 mins and he fixed my issue. didn't even charge me for the few minutes he spent on it. Bottom line, If you want someone working on your equipment that knows what they are doing (Not the guys from Guitar Center or Sam Ash) bring your guitar here! Gary is extremely knowledgeable and delivers exceptional customer service! I will be returning to The Guitar Exchange for ALL of my guitar services! Keep up the great work Gary! Personalized attention to detail is something you just can't get at a big corporate run chain store that hires youngsters who don't care about anything beyond their commissions and how loud those Marshall stacks can go while they're waiting for their record deals. Mr. Kramer has been running this brick and mortar "mom and pop" shop for some time now.

He is no stranger to our local music scene and he knows gear. It doesn't matter if you need just a guitar pick or a full blown concert ready rig, Gary will steer you in the right direction. His store is where guitarists go for guitarists' stuff. Not trendy trinkets. This reminds me, I need strings. Where am I getting 'em? The GUITAR EXCHANGE DADDY-O!

Gary at the Guitar Exchange does great work - I find him to be very honest and quite knowledgeable. I had Gary set up a couple of my guitars and so far so good, the playability is so smooth and fun with the action having been set just right. I highly recommend Gary and the Guitar Exchange.
