Steve is an awesome instructor. He is also very humble and willing to share the things he struggled with on his journey to becoming a fabulous musician and teacher. He is very passionate about what he does and will push you to learn more. He doesn't just milk each lesson.he gets into it and wants you to improve. His books and video lessons are unbelievable tools that are also very helpful and affordable.

I've taken lessons with Steve for over a year after taking many years off from playing and it has been extremely rewarding. Wish I had the time to take weekly lessons with him.

Steve is an awesome teacher and knows how to convey overwhelming improvisational topics in an easy to digest manner. Additionally, he continues to author amazing exercise books that coincide with his teaching method. Well worth the money.

Steve is extremely knowledgeable, patient and flexible. He tunes right into your playing level and creates lessons to move you forward. He's helped me in ways that he may not even be aware of. He also has a ton of tips that you won't get from other teachers. He's not only a great teacher but a friend.
