Welcome to Marie's Music Studio, where we offer private piano lessons and music for special occasions and social events. The purpose of music is to express ourselves. Music is a language of direct emotional expression which, rather than being too vague for words, is actually too precise for words. As one of Marie's piano teachers, Dr. Paul Wirth, says, "If a picture is worth a thousand words, a melody is worth a million!"The goal of musicians is to develop the ability to speak this amazing language of music.
Services
Lessons are given at Marie's studio, which is located in her home in Chaska, MN. We have two grand pianos, giving the freedom to rehearse two piano duets and concerti. Lessons are given one on one and usually last a half hour for beginners and intermediate students. Advanced students would be encouraged to have hour long lessons.
