The faculty is absolutely terrible and rude! I assigned my daughter to Eric Coyne and he was very disrespectful. He told me daughter she was not very good at all and had made her cry. After class, Coynee told me the lesson went well but had obviously not had been. After hearing details from both my daughter and the teacher, we could tell he had lied and was trying to cover up the rude comments that was said to my daughter. he had lied! I do not recommend him at all. However, Odessa was a very kind women. my daughter said she had learned a lot from her and is excited to be back.

My son absolutely loves the musikgarten classes here! The only downside is that they will autobill you for the next session without giving you any warning. There are 4 different sessions throughout the year, so you might want to tell them upfront that you don't want to be prebilled or else you'll get it in an email.

My son takes clarinet music lessons at the school and he has improved and progressed wonderfully thanks to the great instructors the school has on staff. Also it's so great to have a cultured organization so local. I appreciate the variety of programs the school offers to the students and the local community.

The instructors at CMS know how to work with children providing a nurturing environment for learning while still encouraging them to challenge themselves. The facilities at CMS are beyond expectation with the pianos being well-maintained, the rooms constantly clean, and a beautiful auditorium for student recitals. The staff are always friendly as well. I would highly recommend CMS to anyone considering music lessons!

CMS is a wonderful teaching and learning environment. Students of all ages come to work with a diverse and incredibly talented faculty. The front desk and administration are always top notch, and it's a wonderful atmosphere. As a band director for the past 20 years, I would send students to take lessons here without one moments' hesitation.

Community Music School has been a wonderful experience for my daughter. She has been taking lessons at CMS since the summer of 2011. She has learned music theory and history as well as been able to reach her full potential as a soloist. CMS offers a warm, caring environment full of encouragement. Should have started my daughter with CMS years earlier!
