Shawn recently fixed my beat-up, 12-string guitar from the 60's. He made it sound and play brand new and he threw in a case for a discounted price as well. I can't recommend enough!

Brought my 1970's Gibson Les Paul Signature in for service. It had been sitting in a closet for 30 years and was unplayable. Shawn got it back into perfect working order, restrung it and reached out to Gibson to date it from the serial number. I expected to pay a lot to have this vintage guitar brought back to life. They charged $80. Would highly recommend these folks for honesty and value.

I dropped off two guitars here on Wednesday to have some adjustments made and setups done. I could not be any more ecstatic with the job they did. Communication was top notch, and the work was even better. I just got the first of the two guitars back and its like playing a totally different instrument than I dropped off. If you're looking to have any work done to your guitar don't even think of taking it anywhere else if you're in the West Milford area. Thanks again!

I reached out to them via Facebook Messenger not even knowing if they were open due to COVID-19 concerns. Shawn got back to me within minutes. I was only looking for strings for a new acoustic, but I wasn't even sure if they sold them. He told me they did and had the exact strings I was looking for. Without even having to ask, he told me they were doing contactless pickup, which was exactly what I was looking for!

In terms of payment, he was incredibly flexible offering either credit card of Venmo as forms of payment. I confirmed my purchase, made payment, and he left the strings in a drop box for me which I could pick up at my leisure. As a result of his great communication, flexibility, and thoughtfulness re: COVID-19 concerns, he won himself a new customer! Can't wait to bring in one of my guitars for a setup. Highly recommended.

Shawn and his staff are truly amazing! They are friendly, helpful and will answer any questions. I have seen so many kids grow in their musical abilities thru the lessons at North Jersey Guitar & music center!

Both my children took guitar lessons here. Sean and his staff were great! Easy going, thorough, patient, flexible and kept my kids wanting to play their guitar. Sean worked with them on songs that they wanted to learn how to play and he also spent time teaching them some theory. Awesome and thank you Sean! They are still playing!

NorthJersey Guitar is the best. I have two great teachers named Shawn and Will they booth helped me get better at playing guitar. I enjoy learning more about music there and enjoy going to my lessons.

These guys are great. My daughter takes vocal lessons and enjoys the sessions. The guitar repair shop restored an older guitar and the results were sweet. Thanks to Shawn and his expert crew.
