Services
The Bay Area Academy of Music offers music lessons in guitar, voice, singing, piano, drums, bass, ukulele, cello, and violin. At Bay Area Academy of Music, our main focus is on helping students gain the skills they need to enjoy music long after their music lessons are over. Our Pleasanton location offers private lessons on all popular instruments and voice.
The ukulele is a great instrument for kids and adults to learn. They are fun, affordably priced and easier for kids to play than a guitar, so ukulele lessons are a great way to get started before taking guitar lessons! Our ukulele lessons start from age 5 and up. Our guitar lessons include acoustic, electric, bass and classical guitar.
Bay Area Academy of Music in Pleasanton offers piano and keyboard lessons to students of all ages and abilities from beginners to advanced students. Our piano teachers teach a variety of styles from classical to popular music. Whether you want to learn Bach or Alicia Keys, our teachers are happy to help you become the pianist you want to be.
We have many students, both male and female, who take voice or singing lessons at our school. Students sing all kinds of music from their favorite artists to classical arias. If you have always wanted to be a better rock, pop, country, jazz, gospel or R&B singer, then we have the right voice teachers for you.

We have great experience in this Music Academy. Friendly Academy Managers ( Vidya and Vince ) and Teachers. Their customer service is always on the top. She helped us through the transition when we got a new teacher in middle. They made sure we were comfortable and liked our new teacher. All their teachers are highly talented in handling younger kids. Their Musical Ladder System and Recital encourages the student very much!

I have been coming here for about 4 years now and I absolutely love it! The staff is friendly and helpful and the teachers are knowledgeable and patient. The teachers also make learning how to play an instrument fun by encouraging students to choose a song they want to learn (you don't know how many times the teachers have to teach kids Let It Go, but the teachers are good sports about it and never complain).
The recitals are fun and a great way to help kids (and adult musicians) get over their stage fright. The recitals also allow students to show off what they have learned in front of their friends and family and have fun doing it! All in all, Bay Area Academy of Music is a fun and friendly place for children (and adults!) to learn music.
