Don't go here! Try Guitar Center for better service. Mozingo takes place in shady business practices and they don't care about their customers. I won't spend a dime at this business ever again, and I will push every student I teach to buy from anywhere else.

Got way more out of my lessons here with Jon Esch than any other lessons. Extremely helpful. Good place to get lessons out in St Charles.

One of the best instrument shops that I have visited. They had amazing customer service and they took care of me and understood what I needed right away! I took my guitars here to get repaired and they fixed them in no time Did you know that they also do instrument lessons?!? Awesome right? If you want a amazing place to window shop for a beautiful new instrument or maybe you just need a quick repair then come here

I purchased a Ukulele while in Hawaii and broke a string because I didn't know what I was doing while tuning it. The staff there was great and super helpful (Jason). I also met Rene Lopez, the Luthier at the store. He fixed my Ukulele, explained what I did wrong and taught me how to tune it properly while not making me feel like the beginner that I am. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service! They have a new customer.

Monzingo reported a precious friend of mine to a collection agency which took $1200 upfront for [guess what] a viola [are you kidding me] but the entire charge was over $4000. BTW: Her Name Is Chrissy or Christine - Please Give Them 1 Star & Stand Up For A Single-Divorced Mother Of 3 Thank You So Much This "theft" was immediate garnishment of her wages from her workplace without prior notice - This company needs to pay the price so please share this on your social media page. The sales staff at Mozingo are helpful and extremely knowledgeable about musical instruments. The clinics, music lessons, and other activities are always top notch. The instructors we've encountered are very well-qualified and good at motivating their students. Their hand sanitizer dispenser tells me someone has a good sense of humor!

I needed an oboe tuned and repaired and a local professional oboist recommended Mozingo Music. They were straightforward and said they would make it to playable condition, and anything above 100$ they would give me a call. Repairs and tune up cost less than 100$ and I was happy with the price and service. They also helped me price my oboe in case I were to sell it in the future. I will definitely come here again for any instrument maintenance.

Thanks to Quincy and Zach for their wonderful customer service! They helped me with a new guitar string, tuner and case. I recommend Mozingo Music to anyone in St. Charles county.

This experience was greatly disappointing. My husband thought he had purchased a great Christmas gift for me - mandolin lessons. It turns out that when I tried to schedule a lesson, the instructor was hard to even get in contact with. I had to send multiple e-mails and make several phone calls to get in touch with someone who could help me. When we finally did make contact, the instructor was non-committal and claimed that he couldn't actually schedule anything for the "next several weeks, " which turned into a month.

As a result, my husband and I tried to return our gift certificate. We were turned down the first time we attempted to do so in the store, apparently since Sean was the only one who could make the return happen, and he didn't happen to be working that day. We ended up calling Sean later to see when he was working so that we could come in at that time.

He let us know that it was fine for us to come in to make the return at any point; he did not physically need to be there. As a result, we went back a few weeks later to return the gift certificate once and for all. While the employees were friendly, they began to stonewall us all over again and claim they had no ability to make the return. I had to explain that we had already been down this path before, and we could not keep returning to the store every Saturday afternoon to see if Sean was working.

They got in touch with a different manager who finally approved the return. The whole experience left us feeling pretty poorly - me because I had been hoping to have lessons, and my husband because he was disappointed that his Christmas gift did not work out. It appears that the management of this organization is lacking. I recommend you avoid taking lessons here!

I would highly recommend Mozingo Music in O'Fallon, MO. Great people to work with, very courteous and helpful. As a business owner I can appreciate the efforts they go through to make sure the services and products they offer are top of the line and the premises are well kept, not to mention the outstanding customer service from both Don and Steve. Definitely they have gone above and beyond to earn my business. Two thumbs up.
