A native of Kansas City, Flutist Susan Murphy has appeared as featured soloist with the Youth Symphony of Kansas City, the Kansas City Symphony, the former K.C. Camerata, the UMKC Conservatory Orchestra and the NewEar Ensemble, the latter of which she is a co-founder.

Flute Opportunities Report

Congratulations to the students of Susan Murphy who have given so many stellar performances, every year. Our most recent studio performances were 4/19 and 6/19 including a fundraiser for American Red Cross- Disaster Relief, and now UMKC Conservatory flutist Jacob Crozier performed his senior flute and piccolo recital 7/19. Our next studio recital event will be 9/19; please inquire within for more information.
