The Pasadena Conservatory of Music is a place of study, performance, and collaboration dedicated to teaching traditional and contemporary music. Children as young as four months and adults of all ages take lessons here with our highly accomplished faculty members. PCM is proud to announce the public launch of its Common Ground campaign. In this time when so much divides us, learning, performing, and enjoying music provides substantive opportunities to leave divisions behind, forge connections, and find common ground.

Established in 1984, PASADENA CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC (PCM) is an independent, nonprofit, nationally-accredited community school whose mission is to educate, advocate, inspire, and share through music study and performance. The Conservatory offers a comprehensive curriculum that encompasses traditional and contemporary music for children and adults.
Whether they play professionally, just for fun, or don't anymore, we're proud to know that their backgrounds in music helped shape them into the incredible individuals they are today. The Pasadena Conservatory was my musical home for eleven years until my graduation from high school. My time there was more than just quality instruction; it was about opportunity and exposure.
Through its outreach programs PCM strives to offer underserved youth in our community access to high-quality music education. Each year, these programs serve approximately 3,200 students, ages four through eighteen, throughout the Greater San Gabriel Valley. They help meet an increasing need for access to arts education, as well as access to opportunities that will nurture each student's inherent musical aptitude.
