Gateway Piano Studio was opened in 1993 with the sole purpose of providing quality classical instruction for pianists of all ages and levels. Studio Director, Carol Fifield, feels that students do their best when they set goals. Gateway Piano Studio provides many avenues for this and a curriculum is created for each student which takes into consideration his or her individual aspirations and level of commitment.

Services
Students interested in enrolling at Gateway Piano Studio are encouraged to schedule a 60 minute interview lesson prior to registering for a semester. The interview lesson provides an opportunity for the teacher and prospective student to get acquainted and discuss expectations and goals. The student's playing level is evaluated and a baseline is established from which a plan of study can be discussed. The discussion will also include methods, books and materials to be used, and scheduling a regular lesson time.
Mrs. Fifield is an amazing piano teacher. My daughter Anya has been learning piano lessons with Mrs. Fifield since summer 2017. She enjoys her learning and playing piano very much. She has learned not only piano playing techniques, but also a lot of music theories and fun music stories. Most important, Anya has learned the value of hard work and everyday practice.
