The Madison Academy of Music offers private lessons in piano, strings (cello, viola, and violin), guitar (acoustic, electric, and bass) to both children and adults. Our experienced teachers offer both children and adults the opportunity to learn their instrument, music theory, and the fundamentals of music performance in a professional, yet fun environment.

Owner Brian is very responsive to our needs (changing schedules, vacations, other life happenings) and has connected us with fantastic teachers of guitar and piano who use his teaching space. I have been told that he is also a very good piano teacher but we do not have him as a teacher ourselves. Everything about MAM is unpretentious and focused on the making of music. Highly recommend to anyone who like us wants music lessons for their kids or is seeking music instruction as an adult.
