I needed to get a Baby Grand Yamaha tuned in a very narrow time frame, for a very important performance, and Jordan Kitt's came to the rescue - Thank you to Andy for coordinating with me and being SO prompt and helpful. A super friendly, informative, and easy experience! I went into the store knowing I'd be looking at digital pianos, but had no idea about the brands or the differences between them. Tom showed me around and told me about which ones are most popular and who tends to buy which types, which was super helpful : They also delivered the piano very quickly and were able to accommodate my restricted schedule, so I was very pleased with the experience. My husband and I own and Yamaha Conservatory Grand and we wanted a new Disklavier ENSPIRE system installed so we called Andy at Jordan Kitts Music and he ordered it but the supply chain broke down what with COVID-19 and we had to wait a year on it! Well, as soon as it came in, Andy called and Jeremy came to install it and 'what a wonder he was! so professional and knowledgeable about Yamaha piano's and Disklavier systems and how to operate them in the home with computers for videos and audio equipment included.

He explained how to set up our phones, and we did, he explained how I could rehearse with earphones and not disturb the family (I'm a pianist) and he made the whole overall processes seem simple. What a delightful wizard! We are 'happy like birds' with our experience and will stay with Jordan Kitt's Music for all our piano and entertainment needs. Thank You!

If you are looking for a place to purchase a piano, look no further. I have played acoustic piano for over twenty years and recently moved to this area, needing a digital piano to meet my specific needs. The pianos here are of high quality, and with a great variety of selections. I enjoyed as much time as I needed to try the different pianos. Mr. Andy Carignan was extremely knowledgable and resourceful, and went out of the way to make sure I find the exact right one.

He patiently answered all my questions in detail, without any pressure. I was so much more educated about digital piano than before I walked into the store. I can't thank you enough! Did I mention that Andy plays the piano so beautifully and gracefully? Be sure to hear it.

Wonderful experience and wonderful piano! Our family lives in Washington, DC and recently decided to get a piano for our home with two little kiddos. I perused the inventory online and reached out to the shop to inquire about a piano I saw that looked like it might be just the right fit for our needs. Tom responded to my inquiry very quickly, and we were able to set up an in-person appointment that upcoming weekend. Tom showed us the piano I first inquired about and a few others.

We ended up purchasing the piano I saw online - a beautiful, used Kawai baby grand - which was promptly delivered to our home a few days later. All in all a wonderful experience. And our house has been filled with music - and some toddler key slamming - ever since!

Excellent expertise and customer service. We recently purchased a gently used Yamaha digital piano for our 8 year old to start lessons. The piano is in excellent condition (according to the piano teacher), came with 12 months warranty and trade in option, and was delivered quickly at the exact time arranged. Despite buying what must have been the least expensive piano in the store, and not playing myself, I was treated with respect and a willingness to spend time to educate me on the key considerations when buying a piano. Just excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else to upgrade in the future.

If you live in the DVM area and are in need of a piano, Jordan Kitt's is the place to go! I reached out online expressing my interest, and immediately got a response. Tom was very helpful in answering my questions via email and setting up an appointment to go in the store to look at the one I was interested in buying. At the time, I had my heart set on the Yamaha Clavinova CLP-645, but after playing it, I didn't like the feel of the keys and the location of the buttons.

I asked the salesman (Andy) if he had any additional recommendations. He suggested a Roland instead. Knowing nothing about the brand, I asked him a lot of questions about it and how it compared to the Yamaha. He was very knowledgable, and I ended up buying the Roland LX 705. I liked the feel of the keys better and the sound quality. On the Yamaha, the buttons are on the side of the keys whereas for the Roland, the buttons are on top of the keys and can be easily hidden when you pull out the cover.

This was an added bonus, and ultimately what sold me. Additionally, the Roland comes with a longer warranty than the Yamaha (10 vs 5 years) and included free headphones and a music light.

I bought a beautiful Yamaha baby grand from Jordan Kitt's last month. Tom was fantastic to work with: super responsive, very helpful in answering my many questions and going back and forth with Yamaha to provide additional information. They were able to deliver it very quickly and I love my new piano! Thank you for great service!

I bought a Steinway Model B recently, Tom is manager of Jordan Kitts piano store in Rockville. He is the nicest person I've ever met. Steinway is the most expensive piano in the world, it is not easy to buy. He really has patience and help us a lot. If you are planning to buy piano recently, I am strongly recommend you to buy piano in Jordan Kitts Rockville.

A pleasure to do business with! I purchased a digital Yamaha Clavinova for one of the Assisted Living homes that I oversee. I was already familiar with the Clavinova for many years. I researched what I wanted on line including features and price. I then went personally to Jordan Kitt's Music. They had what I wanted in stock at a great price. They showed me the piano and demonstrated all of the features.

Jordan Kitts Music is the perfect store if you're looking to rent or buy a piano. They have an excellent selection of Yamaha pianos and the people who work there are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful. A piano is a major purchase (unless you're super wealthy) so I wanted to take my time to make sure I got the right piano for me.

I visited the store several times, played a whole bunch of pianos and asked about a million questions, and the sales staff (in particular Tom) were always very nice and patient, and I ended up buying a piano that I am very happy with. I would definitely recommend Jordan Kitts to anyone.

I live in Norfolk, Virginia so I'm not sure this is the proper place to post. I do know for certain this is the same company and this branch represents the corporate headquaters for the entire company. At least it will be when the buy out is complete. I attended a so called university sale at Old Dominion University. At least I thought it was, this entire ordeal was grossly misrepresented and I found myself in a most uncomfortable situation with a pushy, condecending, dare I say dishonest individual from Jordan Kitt's.

I will not use his name as after being passed around like someone shopping for a used car. they all seem to be the same. I am an accomplished musician and professor of music at a University in the area. I was treated like an an idiot. Obviously, I was being judged by my old shoes and not my knowledge of music and my chosen instrument, the piano. I will let Steinway know exactly what comparisons were being made and the quality of representaion of their pianos verses a Japanese brand.

After an hour, I was so uncomfortable I left the building frustrated and somewhat insulted. The next weekend I drove 110 miles west of my front door and bought a beautiful 6'2 grand piano from another dealer. The experience was pleasant, comfortable and I am more than happy with my new purchase. I would suggest, based on my experience, that you avoid these people at all costs.
