My daughter did great in Piano and Voice class, having won highest marks and a prize at the last festival. The Sound Of Music really encouraged and taught her how to realize her musical talent and use her potential. It is a highly skilled and a competent Music School, we enjoy the classes of this school very much!

I have been a student at the sound of music for a little over 2 years. If there is one thing I'm sure of, it is that teachers here have a real and growing passion for music that never fades away. The teachers not only teach you in the best way they can, but they also encourage you to try your best. The Sound of Music staff treats you like family and always wants the best for you. Teachers are always easy to talk to about things that aren't related to music.
Some teachers I would recommend are Mrs. Geniya(The Owner), Mrs. Marina(Piano), and Mrs. Irene(Violin). These are only a couple of the teachers, but go the Sound of Music website to see the whole staff. This is an amazing place to learn music, and I am so thankful that I get to take music lessons here.

Great music school! We have been attending for almost 2 years. Mrs. Genyia is great with the kids, stern but patient. She really knows how to motivate them and encourage them to love music. I could go and and on, but all I have to say is that it's worth the money and time. I have recommended her to friends and family and the also have the same opinion.

Sound of Music is the best place to take your kid(s) to learn to play piano. Ms. Geniya is one of the greatest teacher in the whole NorthEastGA I've ever met. My kid has gone from place to place and I was about to give up taking my kid to piano lessons. I am SOOOO glad I found this place. Ms. Geniya really has passion to teach piano lessons and she doesn't waste time.
If you want your money to be worthy and your kid(s) to learn to play piano well, this is the place to go. Ms. Geniya is a very sweet lady and she is flexible with the schedule if you tell her on time for any accommodations. The only bad part is that I live 30 minutes away and sometimes traffic is bad, but it is worth all the effort. God bless this place and the teachers there.

I have two children coming to this school (middle and elementary school aged). One studies the violin and the other piano. They have been studying with Ms. Irene for just under two years. Their progress has been amazing. The older one has been selected as First Chair in his school orchestra and Honor orchestra. He also made into the Gwinnett County Kendal Orchestra.
The younger one has made through several books and plays really well for his age. Prior to coming to this school neither had any experience with any musical instruments. I am extremely pleased with the results and would recommend this school to anyone interested in learning an instrument or voice lessons. Ms. Irene is very patient, but strict - a great combination.

My daughter is taking piano classes here for a little over 3 years. She loves it! Her teacher Ms. Tamara introduces both classical and modern pieces to her. My daughter does not want to take a break from piano during the summer, so we take classes year around. Ms. Tamara is very patient and experienced. Bring your children here if you want them to love and understand music - so many different instruments are available - it is hard to choose!
