Jorge and Eva are such great instructors! They are both patient and creative, which is helpful for my teenage boys wanting to learn guitar. Would recommend Firehouse Music!

Dave is the bees knees! I took lessons when I was younger with him and I learned so much. He is an amazing teacher and is super fun to be around. He is great with kids (as I was when I learned from him). Dave kept me engaged with the learning process and I never wanted to leave when my session was over! He slays on the guitar, and will teach you whatever you have the passion for. We still keep in touch to this day and he is great friends with me and my family. I recommend Dave hands down. He's a great guy and a great guitar player/teacher!

Being a part of Firehouse Music has been a life-changing experience for our entire family. Our guitar instructor, Dave Wesley, always had a unique way of appreciating the individuality in each of his students. We love the way that we can immediately start learning any song we'd like to learn - no restrictions! We've even learned songs that had no actual guitar parts in them simply because our instructor can listen to a song and figure out the tabs for us - and then teach us the song right then!

My son is young, but he never feels like he isn't able to learn, no matter how 'difficult, ' any song may be. With Firehouse, he learns at least two songs every month and enjoys playing the songs over & over again at home, at church, and even on stage with his favorite bands! It always amazes me how our instructor can listen to ANY song and pick out the chords perfectly; this has been great for those times when we couldn't find the tabs for specific songs that we wanted to learn. Firehouse instructors work with their students to find a way to inspire, encourage, motivate, and shape their musical talents. Firehouse is by far the best guitar instruction anyone's ever going to find! Even a year ago, I would have never believed we could play like we do now! Thank you Firehouse!

David Wesley is the best guitar teacher on the planet! I wouldn't doubt if he said he taught Jeff Beck, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Kirk Hammett or even Roy Clark! Seriously, this guy is amazing with a wealth of guitar knowledge. He's easy to work with and works with you to define your own style!

Dave Wesley was my guitar teacher when I took lessons, and as far as I'm concerned he will always be my guitar teacher. The guy is a genius with a guitar in his hands, knows how to teach/connect with students of all ages, and I owe everything I know about guitar to this man. Every time the clock ran up on my 30 minutes, I was always wishing the lesson wasn't over. Can't reccommend him enough as an instructor/friend. Also Jorge is an awesome guy!

My son LOVES this place! David Wesley is an outstanding guitar instructor, he REALLY LOVES what he does!. We had been going there for 4 years. We (as parents) are extremely happy with the classes, and the best part, because of David, my 13 yrs old son loves classic rock! Thanks Dave!

I can only speak for my brother David, with whom I have spoken at length on many occasions about the art and craft of teaching. David is not only an excellent guitar teacher, but a mentor and a role model. His love for teaching and his students is unparalleled. And Jorge, the store manager/teacher, is also a hell of a guy.

Dave Wesley is the absolute best guitar teacher you could ask for! Passionate about music and a natural teacher, he makes every lesson fun and challenges you to do better every time. I would not be the same avid music lover and guitarist I am today if not for him. Rock on!

I just had my last lesson ending 5 years of awesomeness. Staff is super friendly and helpful. My instructor Dave was so cool taught me so much and I will be forever grateful for the knowledge I gained taking lessons here. Best investment of time and money I've ever made.

Jorge Maldonado had the rare qualities of both a great musician and a fantastic teacher. I have been practicing on my own off-and-on for several years but not really progressing. After just a few lessons my skills have doubled! I'm learning more every class and the lessons keep me feeling challenged and excited. Can't wait for the next practice!

Stopped in for the first time today. I was looking for some new lights, and thought I would give them a try. Mike helped me out tremendously. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and super friendly. He definitely earned a new customer. If he's as competitive with online dealers like he said he could be, I will buy everything from Firehouse Music. I needed a setup for my new acoustic guitar and these gentlemen provided incredible service for a first time customer. The work was quality and the turnaround as fast as possible. The guitar luthier, Gerri Vallejo specifically. is a gem in that store. His workmanship, experience, and professionalism is more than above average. Thank you guys, you have earned a customer.

I brought in a guitar that hasn't been played in 20 years. They replaced the strings and made necessary adjustments. The guitar plays like new. Fast, inexpensive and professional service. They even set up my girlfriend's new acoustic while I waited. Unheard of service from the big chain stores. Great job guys! You have a customer for life!

We called them because we needed some strings to be replaced on my old guitar as my son decided to give it a try at a summer camp. Since I hadn't touched it in year, one string was missing and the other one were in poor shape. When I called he said that normally it takes a day or 2 depending on the amount of work. I explained him that I needed it done the same day if possible.

We went by the shop and they took care of it right away, while waiting they were so nice, gave our son some advise, explained him the different type of guitars, the lessons they could offer. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy that we found them, thankful for giving us such a great service. Should our son decide he really likes the guitar, we would definitively consider them for lessons.

Firehouse Music offers music lessons (guitar, bass, drums, piano, violin, voice), instruments, gear and advice in a friendly, down-to-earth environment. Long, long ago. I made a promise to my mom that I would eventually learn how to play the guitar. After receiving a gift certificate from my wife, I've started to make good on that promise. Robbie has been a great instructor, and through his guidance I've learned a few things about playing some tunes.

Since starting my lessons, I've bought an acoustic guitar, and had another one repaired and cleaned up by Andrew. Now my old Kay sounds better and looks great. Paul runs the shop and knows how to make his customers feel right at home. Some of the bigger stores can be intimidating; that is not the case here. Come into Firehouse Music and get to know these guys. It's never to late to learn how to play!
