If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. The people here are great. We take piano lessons here and everything is always 100% professional. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is awesome. The facility is clean. I highly recommend Bailey brothers if you need lessons or books for music or any other kind of gear. I am not a musician.

Excellent customer service. I worked with Gibson over six months in trying to find a warranty replacement, and within a week of Gibson enlisting Bailey Brothers to help they had my issue resolved. Bailey Brothers had a great selection of awesome guitars and were very helpful in picking out the right one. I will definitely take a look here the next time I'm ready for a new Gibson.

I stopped in just to check the place out. It was the third music store I'd been in and I was disappointed in the first two. I was pleasantly surprised with Bailey Brothers. The staff was friendly but didn't pressure me to buy anything. He asked me a few questions about what I was interested in and made a recommendation. I ended up buying something I did want and I will definitely be back.

I had an absolutely great experience in this huge, well-stocked store. Salesperson, Erskine, was awesome. No pressure, very helpful, patiently letting me try out one guitar after another to make sure I was happy with the amp. I could have bought this on-line and had it shipped for free and saved $85 in taxes - but I felt the experience was worth paying a little more, and worth supporting a local (non-chain) business.
There are some negative reviews here. I'm sure with doing a lot of sales and service, someone won't be happy. But I did not experience anything but great gear, and a helpful no-pressure salesman.

Just bought my dream guitar here. The guitar guy, Erskine Milton, Was very accommodating and patient with me. I played several very nice guitars and he was all too willing to help me in any way. I love my new 58 VOS Les Paul Custom. Thank you Erskine for taking the time to help me pick my perfect guitar!
